Privacy notice
This site collects very little: what you type into the snapshot form, the URL you give the AI crawler checker, or what you send by email. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.
Who we are
AEOLedger (aeoledger.com) is run by Dev Agarwalla, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Contact: hello@aeoledger.com.
What we collect
- Snapshot requests: your name, work email, company website, role, what you sell, competitors, buyer market and any questions you add.
- Email: whatever you choose to send us.
- AI crawler checker: the URL you ask us to check. We fetch that public page and its robots.txt, return the result to you, and don’t keep the URL beyond normal server logs.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To prepare your snapshot or proposal, reply to you, and keep a record of the work. We don’t sell your data, add you to a newsletter, or use it for advertising. The AI assistants we test are given only your public brand name, category and buyer questions, never your contact details.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, for hosting and email routing.
- Cloudflare Pages Functions, which receive snapshot form submissions on this domain and forward them to our inbox through our email or webhook provider.
- Our email provider, for correspondence.
How long we keep it
Snapshot requests that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and contract law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@aeoledger.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 may give you further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. If you switch the colour theme, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.
